Meetings at Schaluinenhoeve: where rural and luxury come together

Meetings, company outings or teambuilding activities in nature? At Schaluinenhoeve you are at the right address for business meetings. With four spacious meeting areas up to 160 m2 and a large landscape garden, the possibilities are endless. Due to its location on the border between Belgium and the Netherlands, Schaluinenhoeve is a practical location for meetings in the Benelux.

Meetings with overnight stay
In addition to four meeting rooms, Schaluinenhoeve has 16 luxury hotel rooms. This makes the venue ideal for multi-day meeting arrangements on location. More information about the 4-star hotel can be found here.

Enclave Room
The newest and largest meeting area is the Enclave Room. A 160 m2 area where you can be with a large group of people. The area has a 75 inch smart TV and its own kitchen. Despite the size of the room, there is still a living room ambiance. Those who need a moment in smaller groups can go to the breakout room next door. The Enclave Room is located in the brand new building right next to the existing hotel. There are eight hotel rooms in the building, and it can be completely closed off from the other buildings, providing opportunities for an exclusive gathering.

Smuggling Room
The Smuggling Room is as young as the Enclave Room, and is located in the completely new building. The Smuggling Room is 60m2 and has its own pantry and 75 inch smart TV. It’s our smallest room, but it’s still fully equipped.

Garden Room
For the very best view, you have to be in our Garden Room (formerly the Enclave Room). This recently renovated room of approximately 110m2 can accommodate up to 80 people. The room’s full length faces the landscape garden, giving you plenty of light all day long and beautiful views of nature.

Hunting Room
The historic hunting room is a beautiful multifunctional space of approximately 100m2 equipped with library and lounge. The combination of antique and modern elements makes this room a unique meeting place. This Hunting Room is ideal for meetings and incentives for up to 60 people. The layout can be adjusted to your wishes.

All rooms feature:

Beautiful view of and a spacious exit to the landscape garden. Moving to the terrace is quickly arranged.
Private parking lot with 40 parking spaces.
All equipment, such as a smart tv, beamer, flipchart and other office supplies.
The layout can be adapted as desired (such as theater, cabaret, block, square, school, and u-shape).
Air conditioning (Hunting Room excluded).

Meeting Packages
Our meeting arrangements include at least:

Use of all office supplies;
(sparkling) Mineral water;
Various luxury snacks;
Large fruit basket;
Savory snack;
Of course, we also provide (organic) coffee and tea during the meeting.

There are various tailor-made packages, including a healthy package in which the meals and snacks are really healthy, without refined sugars and E-numbers. Please contact us for the possibilities.

Catering
In cooperation with our regular local caterers we offer a complete meeting with breakfast, lunch and/or dinner. A luxury multi-course dinner or barbeque is among the possibilities.

Teambuilding
You can also organize a staff party or team building event at Schaluinenhoeve. Various team building activities are possible, always with a focus on teamwork, competition, and fun. The large private landscape garden offers more than enough space for almost all ideas. With the addition of a barbecue area, two jeu de boules lanes and a volleyball field in the landscape garden, you will not lack anything.
