With three spacious meeting rooms ranging from a minimum of 60 m2 to a maximum of 160 m2 and a large landscape garden, the possibilities are endless. Its location on the border of Belgium and the Netherlands makes it a practical location for meetings in the Benelux.

Schaluinenhoeve has three meeting rooms equipped with all conveniences.
Enclave Room
160m²
Our largest and newest meeting room is the Enclave Room. A large room a 160 m2 where you can accommodate quite a company. The room has a 75-inch smart TV and its own kitchen. Despite the size of the venue, the living room atmosphere is maintained. Those in need of a moment in smaller groups can visit the adjacent breakout room. The Enclave Room is located in the brand new building right next to the existing hotel. There are eight hotel rooms in the building, and it is completely lockable from the other buildings, providing opportunities for an exclusive party.
Smuggling Room
60m²
The Smuggling Room is as young as the Enclave Room, and is located in the completely new building where the paint is barely dry. The Smuggling Room is 60m2 with its own pantry and 75-inch smart TV. It is our smallest room, but it is still fully equipped.
Garden Room
110m²
For the very best view, you have to be in our Garden Room. The full-length room faces the landscape garden, giving you plenty of light throughout the day and beautiful views of nature.
All rooms feature:
- Nice views and a spacious exit to the landscape garden. Moving to the terrace is quickly arranged.
- Private parking lot with 40 parking spaces.
- All supplies, such as a smart TV or beamer, flipchart and other office supplies.
- The layout can be customized as desired, such as theater, cabaret, block, square, school, and u-shape.
